空壓機(jī)長(zhǎng)期停放注意事項(xiàng)

空壓機(jī)的停用在各個(gè)單位都常有發(fā)生。那么在初次開機(jī)前空壓機(jī)停放時(shí)間超過(guò)三個(gè)月或空壓機(jī)停用時(shí)間超過(guò)三個(gè)月，再次開機(jī)前需要采取有效措施，bi須先請(qǐng)專業(yè)空壓機(jī)人員對(duì)機(jī)器進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)檢測(cè)，制定安全措施，避免開機(jī)后發(fā)生不良狀況。

1、先檢查電路狀態(tài)，是否正常供電，電壓是否穩(wěn)定；測(cè)量電動(dòng)機(jī)絕緣電阻，數(shù)值大于1MΩ。

6、專業(yè)人員試機(jī)，電路改造后人工控制加載卸載，先空載運(yùn)行10分鐘以上，檢測(cè)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)和震動(dòng)、噪音等正常，再進(jìn)行加載，查看各部件運(yùn)行正常即可。
